Integrated Massage:

Integrated massage is a clinical approach using a wide range of therapy techniques in order to reduce pain and improve a client’s overall range of motion. Integrated massage doe not mean deep pressure. My clients enjoy working with me because I can help them reach the achievement of a pain free day. Each client comes to me with different ailments and needs. No two massages are ever the same and no two visits are ever the same. I commit to my clients. I commit to my passion. My sessions include three areas. First, an initial assessment which allows us to work together on which techniques and pressure will be most effective to reach the desired results. Second, treatment. Third, revaluation of symptoms. I specialize in clinical sessions and have a passion for helping clients achieve pain free movement; therefore, I DO NOT provide relaxation specific massage.   • Orthopedic Massage

    Orthopedic massages treat specific areas of discomfort due to muscle imbalances or tissue issues. Although you will be safely on the table, the client is actively involved in this type of session. While using correct techniques, pressure and movement from the client, an orthopedic can relieve pressure or pain and improve range of motion.

  • Dr. Vodder’s Manual Lymph Drainage

    Manual Lymph Drainage, or MLD is a safe, effective, yet gentle approach to cleansing the body's tissues. MLD drains excess fluid from the tissues and also has a detoxifying effect. It can benefit a healthy person as well as be applied to more than 60 different conditions. Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymph Drainage or, MLD for short, was developed in the 1930s by Dr. Emil and Estrid Vodder.

  • Sports Massage

    Sports Massage is designed to assist athletes in all stages of their training. It can be used to prepare an athlete for an upcoming event, to assist the body in order to continue training, and to improve or prevent soreness or injury after a training session or event. This type of massage is very good for those with active/ physical careers or hobbies.

  • Kinesio Taping - Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, CKTP

    Kinesio Tex Tape is an adhesive tape that works with the body and allows only normal range of motion. It can be worn for several days, is waterproof, and latex free. Kinesio tape can be used to treat a virtually limitless number of ailments and injuries. Kinesio tape is not just for professional athletes and will be useful to clients that that live active lifestyles. Kinesio tape is not just for professional athletes. I utilize Kinesio tape on my clients in order to extend therapy treatments after the session which ultimately increases the desired results.   • Craniosacral Therapy I & II

    Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle noninvasive therapy that modifies and corrects restrictions in the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum which improves wellness and enhances the body's self correction and regulating mechanism. By using gentle pressure this technique can restore natural position of bones and release restrictions causing ailments such as chronic migraines, neck pain, or back pain.   • Deep Tissue

    Deep Tissue Massage is a specialized treatment which uses a greater amount of pressure in slow motion. This combination of pressure and slow motion allows the muscles to accept the pressure and release the adhesions that cause tightness which are found deep within the tissue. Usually the client is actively involved in this type of session. Please be advised that due to certain health concerns or medical history not all clients can be treated with this technique.

  • LaStone Hot Stone Massage

    LaStone Hot Stone Massage goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and well being, creating a positive approach to "body, mind, and spirit". This is the application of thermotherapy, using deep penetrating heated stones and alternating with cool stones or cold stones. Using different temperatures, whether hot or cold on the body to bring about a certain reaction that has been done for eons.

  • Foot Reflexology

    Foot Reflexology is the study and practice of working reflexes in the feet that corresponds to other parts of the body. With specific hand and finger techniques to areas or parts of the feet causes responses such as relaxation or stimulation in those corresponding parts of the body.
